Bradley Daye, named 2024 Business Person of the Year by the Halifax Chamber of Commerce has a deeply rooted family history in Nova Scotia. Born and raised in Halifax, Bradley is a community leader, coach, co-founder and co-leader of P4G and a member of the African Nova Scotian community.
In his talks, Bradley discusses ways to foster healthy work environments where employees feel comfortable and valued, irrespective of race, age, or position. He encourages managers, co-workers, recruiters, and everyone else in the workplace to consider how an individual’s lived experience contributes to the organization and to approach the workplace with humility, curiosity, and excitement instead of defensiveness. His personal stories and insights leave an audience feeling inspired to contribute to the kind of culture where employees truly feel they belong.
